The Software allows a user to create a Backorder for an Inventory Item.
If a user needs more of an item that has a low current stock quantity they can create a backorder which will
notify the purchasing personal to create a purchase order for that Item.
After the Purchase Order is created the PO Number can be assigned to the backorder.
When the receiving personal receives the item a popup message will be displayed informing them that the part
is needed and NOT to just put it on the warehouse shelf.The message includes the name of the user that is in need of the item.
The Backorder is also used in combination with the ON-line web shopping cart to log orders form a customer that cannot be shipped
because of insufficient quantity in the warehouse.
