The Burden Cost is used together with the
Bill of materials labor hours.The Inventory
Software calculates the Burden cost times the >
Labor Hours to come up with a selling cost for
the assembled Bill of materials. This Cost
Should include any overhead in your company
associated with the assembly of the the
finished Bill of materials. When a change
is made to the Burder Cost the Software needs
to recalculate all of the Assembly Costs.
This Calculation is applied to all the
Sub-Assemblys that are listed in the
bill of materials.
